By using The Gruvs you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for content you post. Keep your login secure. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use The Gruvs.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
• No impersonation, spam, scams, or fraudulent listings/tickets.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break security or access others' data.
• Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their events, guest lists, and any tickets or payments.

Content

You retain ownership of content you post and grant us a licence to display it within the app to operate the service. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Talent profiles & stats

Player/talent profiles and statistics are community- and host-contributed and provided "as is" for discovery purposes. We do not guarantee their accuracy.

Payments

Where paid features (tickets, services, wallet) are offered, additional terms and third-party processor terms may apply. Fees, if any, are shown before you pay.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for interactions and events between users.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
